By purchasing from Lono Beverages, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. courier delays).

3. Responsible Consumption
Lono Rosé is less than 0.5% alcohol. While non-alcoholic, it should still be consumed responsibly and is not intended for minors.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lono Beverages is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from the use of our products.
