FAQ

What makes Lono Rosé so different?

Most alcohol-free drinks start as wine and get stripped back. Lono never goes through that. Our gentle, halted-fermentation method keeps alcohol naturally below 0.5% so the fruit stays bright and untouched.

Where does the fruit come from?

All our grapes are grown sustainably in Victoria’s King Valley in our own vineyards. Clean farming, light touch, and a focus on preserving the purity of the fruit.

Is it really alcohol free?

Yes. Under Australian guidelines, anything under 0.5% is alcohol-free and Lono sits comfortably below that naturally.

What does it taste like?

Think watermelon, light red berries and a clean, dry finish. Fresh, elegant and incredibly easy to drink.

Why does it feel like a glass of Rosé?

You still get the colour, the aroma and that first-sip lift, just without the alcohol. It gives you the moment, not the after-effects.

So whats the secret?

A proprietary method that gently pauses fermentation before alcohol forms, while still building aroma and texture. Soft, controlled and completely unique to Lono.

Is it sweet?

No. It’s dry, bright and refreshing, more “sunlight on a summer afternoon” than “fruit juice.”

Is Lono vegan and gluten free?

Yes absolutely. No animal products, no gluten, nothing added that doesn’t need to be there.

Is it lower in calories than a glass of Rosé?

Yes. Lono is naturally much lighter and lower in calories, lighter on the palate, and easier on your day.

Who is Lono for?

Anyone who wants the pleasure of a glass without the alcohol, early risers, drivers, runners, weeknight relaxers, and anyone choosing a softer, clearer path.

Why does it feel softer than other zero-alc wines?

Because it is. Lono isn’t spun, heated or stripped. What you’re tasting is sustainably grown fruit, held in its most delicate form.
